This quiz gives a direction. The final decision belongs to the professional stylist, after a hair diagnosis and a strand test.

How the quiz chooses

The suggestions follow the Naturalook Academy treatment tables: hair type, damage level, expected longevity and straightening strength.

  • Severely damaged hair (very fragile, breaking, gummy when wet): Cold Recovery first, a reconstruction done without a flat iron.
  • Less frizz while keeping volume and curls, or repair and care: hair botox, which lasts 2–4 months.
  • As straight as possible on wavy, curly or coily hair: nanoplastia, 5–6 months. The strongest option goes to thick, coarse or coily hair in good condition.
  • Smoother and easier to style: keratin (4–6 months), or a soft smoothing for fine, bleached or blond hair.

Strength and longevity always depend on the hair and on the technique. For the full comparison, read Difference between keratin, hair botox, bixyplastia and nanoplastia.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between hair botox and keratin?

Hair botox mainly reduces frizz and restores the hair while keeping volume; it lasts about 2–4 months. A keratin smooths more and lasts longer, about 4–6 months for Felps Brazilian Nuts Keratin Duo, with less volume afterwards.

Which treatment straightens the most?

Nanoplastia. In the Naturalook range, Prohall Burix One is the strongest, for very thick, coarse, curly and afro hair, and Felps Açaí Oil Nanoplastia suits all hair types. No treatment can promise 100% straight hair: the result depends on the hair.

Can bleached or blond hair have a treatment?

Yes, with the right product and a strand test. For straightening there is Felps Açaí Oil Blond Nanoplastia, which neutralises warm tones; for a soft smoothing, Natureza Magic Brush Maracuja is made for fine, coloured and bleached hair.

What if the hair is very damaged?

Start with a reconstruction (Cold Recovery), such as Felps RP Reconstruction Premium Kit, done without a flat iron. A treatment with heat comes later, only if the hair can take it.

Is the quiz result a diagnosis?

No. It gives a direction. The final decision belongs to the professional stylist after a hair diagnosis and a strand test.
