Delivery across Canada
- Shipping by Canada Post Expedited Parcel to every province and territory; remote areas take longer.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days and shipped Tuesday to Friday.
- After shipping: Montreal 1–2 business days, rest of Quebec and Ontario 2–4, further away 3–5. The exact Canada Post estimate is shown at checkout.
- Free shipping from $300 (after discounts). Below that, the Canada Post rate is calculated at checkout.
- No minimum order. Taxes are calculated by province at checkout. Payment by credit card or Klarna.

Accepted: salon owners (business registration, salon licence or supplier invoices), licensed hairdressers, Naturalook Academy graduates, and private course certificates after review. Upload your document with the registration form (photo or PDF up to 12 MB). Review usually takes one business day.
Training: Naturalook Academy
Naturalook Academy trains stylists on Felps and Prohall treatments: hair diagnosis, damage levels, choosing the treatment, flat-iron temperatures, aftercare and pricing your services. Training is organized on request, as groups form: there are no fixed dates. In-person courses take place in Montreal; the online course “Hair Botox, Nanoplastia and Keratin” is available across Canada. Do you deliver outside Quebec?
Yes, everywhere in Canada by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery takes 2–4 business days after shipping to Ontario and 3–5 further away. We do not ship outside Canada.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The only threshold is free shipping from $300 after discounts.
Can I become a distributor of Felps or Prohall?
Naturalook is the exclusive distributor for Canada and does not appoint treatment distributors. Salons buy directly with a professional account; professional treatments cannot be resold. Home-care products can be sold to your clients.
How long does account approval take?
Usually one business day after you upload your document with the registration form.
Do I have to take a course to buy?
No, a hairdressing diploma or a salon business document is enough. Naturalook Academy training is recommended and gives graduate prices for life.
