Honma Tokyo Canada products are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application. Please use a certified professional to ensure that our products last and work properly.

Honma Tokyo Canada will only communicate with certified specialist for all issues regarding hair quality.

All our products are final sale.

Absolutely no exchanges or returns are possible.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

Please note that local taxes may occur.

Delivery

We are unable to guarantee performance of courier services and cannot be held liable for non-delivery of goods faithfully dispatched.
We recommend that you do not book your client in until you have received and checked the goods ordered.

After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products.
Honma Tokyo Canada will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the application process.
All stylists and consumers agree to use Honma Tokyo Canada products at their own risk.
Honma Tokyo Canada will not be held liable for any costs associated with the application of the product, no exceptions.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.
